Move to List View (and other UX improvements) #105
Description
We need to move to a list view per mockups from design. With this set of changes, we'll do a few things:
- move to list view
- add improved tagging system
- better filters
- sorting by different mechanisms (most recent, A-Z, popularity, etc.)
- paging
Can elaborate on any of these if necessary.
