Fix PHPMyAdmin misconfiguration

Whenever we open PHPMyAdmin, it asks for username/password/host. If we configure PMA correctly, it will directly login to the interface.

Also, it shows the below message on the PMA home screen after logging in. I think it can be fixed with correcting configuration too.
