ODK 1.6.1?

It is clear the next major thing in ODK 1.7 will be the adoption of ODK-Core (#1309), but until that happens (and it can still take a while before this is finalised), maybe we should consider a ODK 1.6.1 release.

Currently there is nothing in the 1.6 maintenance branch apart from one bug fix.

At the very least we can add:

• updated versions of all the Python packages;
• latest versions of SSSOM-Java;
• new versions (if any) of all the tools listed here.

@matentzn If there’s anything you desperately need in ODK 1.6.1 (beyond the ODK ROBOT plugin 0.3.0), that’s the place.

But I would not mind if we could wait a fe work days until I have sorted some bugs with sssom-py which I would also sort of like in.
