Run maestro hierarchy after test

Maestro 1.x used to run maestro hierarchy and store result in commands.json. This was useful for test failures.

Maestro 2.x no longer does this. It would be nice if devicecloud ran maestro hierarchy, stored output in a file, and let us download this file.
