Double hitting `home` key inside a cell takes me to the very top of the page

This has been extremely annoying. When I double hit the `home` key it takes me to the very top of the Livebook page making me loose the position where I was working.

I would expect to stay at the beginning of the line I was at.
I'm using Firefox, but I remember checking on Chrome and also experiencing the same.

The behavior is inconsistent.
