Request to add a license.

Hi!

I'd love to fork your code and work on it. Unfortunately per https://opensource.stackexchange.com/questions/1720/what-can-i-assume-if-a-publicly-published-project-has-no-license I do not have rights to modify/publish your code. Could you add a license to it?
