Implement bitcode

Although sounds very similar to bincode, bitcode has been on the top of rust ser/de benchmarks

I use this library both directly, and indirectly via leptos, and adding bitcode codecs would be great.

Thankfully, the way this project is structured required very minimal lift, works like a charm.
