Adds a Recurse submodules checkbox to the web UI and plumbs include_submodules through the ingest API to cloning. Also configures a non-interactive GIT_ASKPASS flow so private submodules can be fetched in server/container contexts without prompting. Includes tests and ensures S3 cache keys differ when submodules are enabled.
