The current version looks like it was based off of ExceptionValidationRule. I based this one off of DataErrorValidationRule since it does almost the same thing.

Summary
The current version of this doc looks like it was based off of ExceptionValidationRule. I based this one off of DataErrorValidationRule since it does almost the same thing.
I'm not sure about the default value or what version of the .NET Framework this was introduced in, but those may also need to be adjusted.
