PyKillBill is a little tray for the windows taskbar 
to kill or restart different configured programs easily.

The name is ambiguous:
1. It's a list of processes to kill (or restart)
2. I were displeased by my explorer and outlook and thought about ...

The ini file is self explanatory so far.
