- CONTENT_LOCATION_MANAGED renamed DATA_LOCATION
- For new use full parent path. Removed config: GOR_DRIVER_LINK_INFER_REPLACE
- Removed exists check for table creation (caused errors in S3)
- Changed defaults: allow duplicated=true
- Changed defaults: defaul link file = 0.
- Fix exec to allow more params
