Been getting a lot of confused tickets recently of people withdrawing to PayPal but then not recognizing what "Tremendous" means. This should clarify things.

ideally it should show exactly the same as in the withdraw UI imo. same icon and name and everything. we don't expose the name Tremendous anywhere so I wouldn't expect it to show in the history either. |

That has been done in this PR - if it still shows as Tremendous it means the withdrawal was made before the backend stored the method_id field |
